CBGB lives to see another day.. well a year actually.
Looks like its saved for another year. I posted on this a few months back about its demise, and to be closed down since what i recall the rent each month about $40,000. The owner Hill Kristal reached an agreement on December 6th with the committee which owns the building. The location will remain in its NYC location in the East Village until October 31, 2006.
